    I agree that the reserved space is for my use only and not for resale. I understand that I will be given direct access to my web site to FTP data and to allow modifications. I further understand that the above charges do not include design, creation, monthly maintenance or other services that Park Region may offer regarding my Web Site. I agree to hold Park Region Telephone and its subsidiaries harmless from any liability for any interruption in services or access to the customers fields.   Park Region Telephone shall not be liable for consequential damages including but not limited to business interruption losses, lost profits, lost business opportunity, or any other direct or indirect damages the customer may suffer as a result of any down time, interruption, lack of access, system failure, or data loss by this or any other system. I also understand that I am responsible for the notification and or maintenance of copyrights, trademarks, etc. and take all responsibility for their use in my files, Web systems or Web pages and comply with Park Region's Acceptable Use Policy.
