The Provisioning Specialist is responsible for accurately activating, configuring, and maintaining telecommunications services such as voice, data, internet, and video. This position ensures timely and precise service delivery while adhering to company policies and industry standards. The Provisioning Specialist works collaboratively with customer service, sales, outside plant technicians, IT, central office, and engineering teams to support excellent customer experiences.

Job Title: Provisioning Specialist
Department: Business Operations
Salary Range & Status: $23-$27.00/hour | Non-Exempt (Hourly) | Full Time
This range is subject to adjustment based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Hours: Typically, 8-5 pm M-F
Location: Fergus Falls, MN Otter Tail Telcom Office (This position requires on-site attendance.)
