Minnesota Mask Mandate
Due to the State of Minnesota Mask Mandate:
Effective Monday, July 27, all customers must be wearing a mask upon entry to our business. Thank you for your cooperation.
Annual Meeting Winners
Thank you to all who attended our 2019 Virtual Annual Meeting on Thursday evening, July 16th.

Office Re-Opening
Park Region and Otter Tail Telcom retail centers will open to the public beginning June 1st.

Beginning June 1st, Park Region and Otter Tail Telcom will be reopening our retail centers with new hours and limitations.

Verizon Call Completion
We have been informed that many of our customers are not receiving calls from Verizon wireless customers. Our technical staff has confirmed that Verizon is not properly routing calls to us. We have also confirmed this problem is not isolated to our companies
Community Wi-Fi
We have made Wi-Fi hotspots available in our community for those who do not have access to the internet.
